You will need:
-1 scoop of Six Star Pro-Stength Vanilla Whey Protein Plus powder or other vanilla whey protein powder.
-1 cup of skim milk.
-1 (6oz.) container of plain, non-fat Chobani Greek yogurt.
1.) Put whey protein powder in blender, followed by the skim milk
2.) Scoop out 3 tablespoons full of the yogurt into the blender.
3.) Put top on blender and blend to your desired consistency.
